Lovely hotel. Great breakfast. Staff very informative and helpful. On arrival we were booked into our room and proceeded to go to the room as it was vacant. On opening the door there was a couple there already checked in. Had to go back to reception to then be allocated another room. Lovely room with a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. The following day there was only 1 lift working out of 3. Luckily for us we were only on the second floor. Having been out all day and walking 25000 steps all we wanted to do was get back to the room to rest. On going to our room only to find our keyless card wouldn’t work. Back to reception to have it redone. Lack of caffe and bars in that area without going to the Metro or get a taxi. Overall I would stay here again as lovely hotel with a fabulous view.

It is like an overpaid under qualified worker you have in your business. One of the most rudest staff exception a couple I will name them. But mostly behave they just never heard you. After an 18 hour struggle with flight and luggage when i arrived at way beyond check in time at 6:00PM i am told to wait and then given a room which is not clean and has a very bad plumbing . Plus the lady says ( i believe she was the manager ) we will fix it once you come back. It never got fixed and the night shift boy changed the room with an apology his name Nayeem.

Good hotel - Excellent location - Amazing staff.

My company organised a large tour event at this hotel recently and it was very successful. We worked with Catherine, the Events Director and Morgane in the Front office and they did an amazing job and put in a lot of personal effort to ensure everything ran perfectly from start to finish. The hotel is well managed and all the staff were very friendly, responded quickly to requests and made a big effort to ensure the event went well. The group enjoyed their stay and excellent breakfasts at the Pullman which is in a fantastic location right next to The Eiffel Tower. Good hotel, Excellent location and Amazing staff.

Small issue when we checked but the hotel reacted. After checking out the deposit was not refunded correctly so we were charged twice. This can only be corrected via email +7 days to respond, and poor cust service when you call the front desk.

Wonderful stay. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Doorman, luggage attendants, and customer service personnel were very nice. France has a reputation for being rude but not here. We experienced rudeness from a couple of Uber drivers and staff at Disneyland Paris but not at Pullman. Rm 536 was excellent. Clean, spacious, and no foul odors. Our room had some view of Eiffel Tower. For us, it was perfect. Cold outside, but the hotel was warm and comfortable. Housekeeping came daily. Complimentary water and sodas in the fridge were restocked. The room had 2 glasses, 2 coffee cups, coffee, tea, a bottle opener, and kettle. We did not use their restaurant or room service. Pizza at the restaurant across the street is horrible. Exit the hotel and make a right. Walk a little further down where there is a great Italian restaurant with good pizza. If ever in Paris again, we would definitely stay here.
